How do we get started?

The Design Phase

The first thing we do is look at the site.  This is an important step.  We can look at a site for you and be able to ascertain where your house can be placed on the site.

The second step in this process is to meet with you.  We want to know who you are, what your expectations are for us and your dream home. 

After we are finished with the design process, we establish a construction budget.   Lakeshore Custom Homes takes this part very seriously.  The construction budget process takes about 6 weeks.  Every cost of your house goes into this budget.  When we are done with this process, we have a realistic idea of what the cost of your house will be.  To this, we add our flat fee.

Once you give us the ok to continue, we finish the specifications and plans.
