    Bob Francis built our year round lake home 2 years ago.  In contrast to others experience with building it was a very rewarding and stimulating experience. He is a person of utmost integrity and honesty. He is extremely creative and an amazing problem solver. The best part is he likes to save the customer a buck. He also has great follow up and doesn't just disappear after all is done. Your project will be done on time and with great quality. I just hope he doesn't get so popular that he wont have time to build something else for me in the future.

    We just wanted to let you know how pleased we have been over the past year with our new Lakeshore home.  All of our visitors remark what a beautiful home and view we have on Silver Lake.  The home is very inviting and relaxing with its open floor plan which also makes it great for entertaining.

    I remember the very first time we walked in to the house. Within five minutes of the tour, my husband exclaimed “this is the house I want” - and we have never regretted that decision.  Lakeshore Custom Homes was there throughout our entire home buying process; explaining the features and amenities and accommodating our concerns no matter how small.  We have always felt that our satisfaction was your primary goal.
