We are very happy to have selected Bob Francis, owner of Lakeshore Custom Homes, to build our beautiful new home. We needed someone that we could communicate with, and who understood our vision for a lakefront addition/renovation.    Our first impression of Bob was that he is a friendly, experienced, and trustworthy individual. He certainly lived up to our expectations!  We are very impressed with Bob’s knowledge, professionalism, honesty, ideas and suggestions, and his desire to make sure we are completely satisfied. He’s also very organized, and we were appreciative of his bookkeeping and payment system. Thanks to Bob and his team, we have a home more beautiful than we could have imagined, completed as budgeted and on time.
