Bob Francis and Lakeshore Custom Homes have been building beautiful homes in
Northern Michigan for over 10 years. Their goal: Build a home that you can be
proud to own on one of the many beautiful pristine lakes.
Bob has lived in Northern Michigan for over 20 years and knows how
pleasurable it is to live on the water. He lives on beautiful Elk Lake and has
used his experience of living on the water to enhance the beauty and
functionality of the homes he builds.
Lakeshore Custom Homes is now a proud member of the "Green" community! Bob
Francis has worked extensively in obtaining the necessary credits to be a member
of the NAHB "Certified Green" Association. Along with his extensive experience
as a home builder, he achieved the following accreditations:
Certified Graduate Builder (CGB)
Certified Green Professional (CGP)
Certified Aging-In-Place Professional (CAPS)
